Information we collect
We collect the account, profile, application and business-registration information you choose to provide. Profile details include your name, parish, work preferences, and experience or work interests and strengths. Education and certificate names are optional profile details. Providing a street address is optional. We also receive basic technical and transaction details needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts, display jobs, process applications, verify businesses, manage payments, prevent misuse and communicate service-related updates.
Who can see it
Registered-business trading names, logos and the separately labelled public introductions are public, even when the business has no current vacancy. Basic vacancy teasers are also public. Private registration descriptions, addresses, phone numbers and registration numbers are not included in the business showcase. Full job descriptions and requirements are restricted to active members whose accounts are not suspended or closed, the owning business and Job Net administrators. A job seeker's application and relevant profile information are available to the business that owns the job and authorized Job Net administrators providing account support. Your street address is stored separately and is not shared with employers or displayed publicly. Identity-document uploads are not currently enabled and no ID is required to join or apply. Do not send ID images through the contact form or as ordinary email attachments. Business registration details are private and used for verification and administration.
Payments and service providers
Online payments are currently paused. Existing transaction records are retained for account support and record-keeping. Job Net does not receive or store your complete card or bank details. We also use hosting, authentication, database and business-email providers to operate the service. Necessary service messages may confirm applications, vacancy actions and membership activation. Support replies and delivery status are retained in the support history. Only Job Net administrators and the active agent assigned to a support case can review that case; agents do not receive owner-administration access. Customer email replies arrive in the business mailbox and are not automatically added to the website inbox.
Your choices
You may update your profile in your workspace. You may also request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational record-keeping requirements. Account closure removes access but does not immediately erase transaction, application or moderation records needed for legal obligations or resolving disputes. Such records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
Contact
Questions, correction requests and privacy requests can be submitted securely through the Job Net contact form. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.
