About the service
Job Net Bridgetown connects job seekers with businesses in Barbados. We provide job discovery, application and hiring-workspace tools, but we do not guarantee employment, candidates or hiring outcomes.
Accounts
You must accept these terms when creating or claiming an account, provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and use the correct account type. Manual account approval is not required before payment. Business verification and confirmed registration payment are required before publishing jobs. Browsing business adverts is free; job descriptions, requirements and applications require active job-seeker membership and an account that is not suspended or closed.
Acceptable use
Do not post misleading jobs, impersonate another person or business, misuse applicant information, interfere with the service or use it for unlawful or discriminatory activity.
Pricing and payments
Displayed prices are in Barbados dollars. Job-seeker access is BDS $25 per year, business registration is BDS $100 once and includes one published vacancy. Each additional vacancy is BDS $50. An included vacancy is counted when published; closing or archiving it does not create another credit. Online payments are currently paused. New paid access, registration payments and vacancy publishing payments are unavailable during this pause. Existing payment records are retained. Account suspension or closure does not automatically decide refund eligibility. Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy.
Content and hiring decisions
Users remain responsible for the content they submit. Businesses are responsible for their vacancies, screening and hiring decisions. Job Net may review, reject, close or archive content that is unsafe, misleading or contrary to these terms.
False information and account closure
Job Net may investigate suspected misuse and suspend access while a concern is reviewed. If an investigation confirms that you deliberately supplied materially false information, we may close your account and remove its adverts. A simple mistake or an unproven concern is not treated as confirmed deliberate misrepresentation. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision and you may request a review through our contact form.
Fees for services already provided are normally non-refundable following confirmed deliberate misrepresentation. Refunds for unused services and any rights required by law will be assessed under our refund policy; account closure is not automatic forfeiture of all fees. Closing access does not erase records we need for legal obligations, transactions or disputes. These terms do not limit rights under Barbados law.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected here. Questions can be submitted through the Job Net contact form.
